The bathroom is equipped with a bath/shower. The apartment boasts a spacious kitchen/dining area, a separate office, complimentary Wi-Fi, and a TV in each room, ensuring a homely experience.

The Loft Room has a master bedroom that features a king-size bed, while the second bedroom has two single beds, making it ideal for 2 adults with 2 children. However, upon request, the singles can be configured into a king-size bed.

In the coming year, our focus will be on advancing to the next phase of our development project. This involves the construction of a brand-new building at the back of the property, as well as an extension above the front building. These additions will transform into two modern 1-bedroom apartments featuring open-plan living spaces, contributing to a total of 10 new apartments.
